RETURN POLICY

If your order is not meeting your satisfaction, we reserve the right to try to make it right. Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable. We offer mockups for all custom orders and do not start production until mockup and art is approved. It is your responsibility to review spelling, grammar, punctuation, and layout of each mockup. Once approved and production has started, no changes can be made.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only stock items may be refunded, custom/personalized items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (same design, size, color), send us an email at thelmaloucreations@gmail.com and send your item to:

Late or Missing Refunds
• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thelmaloucreations@gmail.com.

Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• Please keep track of your shipping tracking and note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do though in agreeance with our contract with CARD, will share our contact list with CARD upon request. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use “The CARD Store Powered By ThelmaLou”. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
You can opt out of targeted advertising once received.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

COMPLETION/DELIVERY

You can expect your project to be completed within 7-10 business days once full payment has been received, unless a different due date is agreed upon in writing. If final project requires shipping rather than delivery, shipping costs will be added to final invoice.
